the local peanut of bogor. it's called kacang bogor (bogor peanut).

Those peanuts are large. Must be nice snacking on them.
Wish I had visited Bogor when I went to Bandung last Dec.

It is not only peanut but more....it has become a symbol for Bogor and Indonesian teens as common in using the speaking in bahasa Indonesia, Kacang dech GW (oh...how poor I am, you don't care with me).....then, exactly, it has reminded me and mom a week ago....
Kacang Bogor has a scientific name Bambarra groundnut. Sound exotic! as its tastes especially after fried and salted...yummi
Bambarra ! I love this name and taste. I wish it would still cultivated in Bogor.
